Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

2. Eligibility for Refund

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products, lubricants, and accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
